El inicio de la colección
Años y mudanzas pasaron, mientras esas pequeñas armas estuvieron guardadas en mis cachivaches. Una pistola, un rifle de asalto, una ametralladora tipo Thompson, o tal vez es una escopeta automática, aunque se ve algo delgada. La figura de Punisher parecía ser mas grande que un Joe, aunque nunca tuve oportunidad de comprobarlo. Sus armas se le veían bien, aunque daba la impresion de ser un poco más pequeñas.
Ya casado, de hecho, el primer año de casado, paseaba con mi esposa en ua plaza comercial y entramos a una tienda a chacharear, ella compro unas pinzas para el pelo y me invitó a comprar un figura de blister, porque sabía que me interesaban.
Entonces se habían popularizado esos juguetes, espero que los recuerden, soldados y policias, de aprox 3 1/4", con armas, perros, y hasta planeadores, redes y hasta unas torres de vigilancia. Hubo blisters gigantes con tres figuras y muchos accesorios. Más bien un año o dos atrás estuvieron de moda, porque en esos días ya habían comenzado a escacear en los tiendas de novedades. Estaban por desaparecer.
Y escogí el SWAT con googles de visión nocturna que ya he comentado. Incluía un cañon gaitling, y una especie de ametralladora, pero no recuerdo bien. Cuando lleguamos a casa le probé las armas del extinto Punisher, y embonaron muy bien. "De maravilla!", pensé, "porque ese cañon es muy difícil de llevar a pié, debería estar montado en un vehículo, como un helicoptero...". El plan seguía avanzando.
De nuevo, cuando me decidí a buscar un blister gigante, las primeras versiones habian desaparecido. Ahora había puras copias piratas, de un material horrible y con pesimos acabados. Al poco encontré una tienda de mayoreo en el centro y con la excusa de comprar unos regalos me hice de mi primer soldado, resignado a que nunca podría comprar un Joe nuevo, pues habían sido descontinuados.
En total compré, a lo largo de un par de semanas 4 figuras de una colecció de seis. El quinto usaba una boina, prenda emblemática de la milicia, pero no me gustaban sus accesorios y de la sexta figuara no recuerdo por que no me gustó. Los nuevos reclutas eran (son) milímetros mas bajitos que el SWAT e incluyeron armas como metralletas, rifles de asalto, y accesorios como hachas y un parapeto.
Al mismo tiempo influenciaba a los sobrinos de mi esposa a preferir esos juguetes. De hecho ya tenian varios policías, pero los traían dispersos entre sus juguetes. Además le platicaba cosas sobre las armas y sobre el ejército. Cada que iban de visita les prestaba mis soldados para que jugaran, aunque no lo hacían como yo con mi primo. Definitívamente son de otra generación.
Al siguiente diciembre volvimos a la misma tienda y encontramos otra opción. Usando los mismos moldes, la fabrica emitió una colección de naturalistas y exploradores, que en lugar de armas incluían un pequeño animal salvaje. Convencí a mi esposa de que era una buena idea aprovechar su interes en los muñecos para acercarlos a apreciar la naturaleza. El plan había dado un nuevo giro.

Years and house movings happened, while those small arms were kept in my knicks-knack. A pistol, assault rifle, a Thompson type machine gun, or perhaps an automatic gun. "wonderful", I thought, but the gaitling is very difficult to take by foot,should be mounted in a vehicle, like a helicoptero...". The plan continued advancing.
Again, when I was decided to look for to blister giant, the first versions were missing. Now there were pure fake copies, of a horrible material and with really bad finished. Short after I found a store of mayor sales in downtawn and with the excuse of to buy gifts I took control of my first soldier, thinking i will never could buy a new Joe, because they had been discontinued.
Altogether I bought, throughout a pair of weeks 4 figures of one colección of six. Fifth it used a beret, it pledges emblematic with the military service, but I did not like their accessories and of sixth figuara nonmemory so that I did not like. The new recruits were (they are) short millimeters but that the SWAT and included wapons submachineguns, assault rifles, and accessories as axes and a dig in. At the same time i influenced my wife nephews to prefer those toys. In fact they already have several police figures, but they brought them dispersed between his toys. Every time that they went of visit i lentthem my soldiers so that they played, although they did not do it like I wish they do. For next Chrismas we returned to the same store and we found another option. Using same molds, Chap mei released a collection of naturalists and explorers, who instead of arms included a small wild animal. I convinced my wife that it was a good idea to take advantage of its interest in the dolls to approach them to appreciate the nature. The plan had given a new turn. ¶ 11:33 AM
